Roasting coffee is an art form and we continually challenge ourselves to perfect our craft. Our coffees are cooled and hand packed immediately after roasting to ensure freshness. Our 100% Arabica beans are carefully selected and purchased directly from plantations around the world. We have been buying, grading, roasting and cupping for 45 years. The result is “The Finest Coffee in America” awarded by the Fine Food and Beverage Federation.
We utilize Probat roasters to slow roast our coffees. We air cool (and never quench) the beans and run them through a de-stoner to remove foreign articles that are inherent in green coffee.
We employ 5 form/fill/seal machines that produce fractional packs – .5 oz to 16 oz, and square to round and rectangular filter packs – .4oz to 2.5oz that satisfies a myriad of applications. We also feature 2 Rossi pod machines capable of producing 45mm espresso pods and 61mm brew pods.
